1. Delivery Area
Our current shipping method only supports delivery to the United States, Canada, EU countries, the United Kingdom, Australia, Ukraine. For other countries, please consult customer service.
2. Delivery Method and Timeliness
We can ship by the following methods:
Sea transportation: 45-60 days
Air transportation: 8-20 days
Railway: 22-30 days
Truck: 22-30 days
Timeliness depends on the specific country or transportation conditions and national programs.
3. Shipping Calculation Rules
Our products are free shipping but do not include remote surcharges; remote areas will incur surcharges, which we will determine based on the zip code filled in, so you will need to pay extra fees.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1-3 working days (weekends and holidays will be postponed).
5. Logistics Tracking and Notification
After delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking link, and we will send you a website to check the status of the package in real time.
6. Unable to deliver
If the return is caused by an incorrect address, the customer will be required to bear the cost of re-delivery.
7. Return and Refund Policy
If we send the wrong goods or the goods are damaged, we will bear the return shipping costs and provide free replacement.
