What you need to know about the products in EU warehouse

1. The products in EU warehouse can be delivered to the following countries
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden and Estonia

2. Lead time and shipment time
In Stock: Within 2 days, the products will be shipped. The shipment time is about 1-10 days. It depends on the distance from the warehouse and some festivals arrangement.
Out of Stock: If the products are UNAVAILABLE in EU warehouse and PRE-SALE , we will remark it. Please message to Customer Service before placing an order. If you place an order directly, it will be assumed that you accept the pre-sale products and pre-sale time.

3. About the remote region
Some cities belongs to remote region, which will be collected the extra fee by UPS/DHL/DPD, we will inform you to pay extra cost. Please noted. 

4. About Pick-Up Mode
We support that you pay cash and pick-up the products in our Poland warehouse. If you prefer this mode, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE to get the address. Because we have different Polish warehouse. And you should fill in some personal information.
