About Batteries

1. Are the batteries grade A brand new?

Yes. Grade A brand new batteries from original factory. There is a QR code in each battery. Each cells we will test before packing and shipping.

2. Are the batteries welded the screws, with busbars and buts?

Yes. We will weld the screws before shipping. One Battery will come with one set bus bar and nut. For example, 4pcs battery,we will send 4pcs cells with 4pcs busbars and 8pcs nuts. If need more and have other requestmments, please contact us online.

3. Are the batteries packed well?

Yes. Pack with strong package, each cell into thickness PE foam or bag, then into 5 layers strong carton.

1.Warranty

For lifepo4 battery cells, we provide 3 years warranty; 

For battery pack, we provide 5 years warranty;

Warranty start time:
Calculated from the time the customer signs for the goods
Warranty conditions:
The battery cannot be used due to quality problems, not caused by human factors. Please send pictures or video evidence and provide purchase records.

2. Delivery

From China Stock:

Ready goods: within 7 work days

Custom goods: less than 100pcs, within 7-15 work days. 100-500pcs, within 15-20 days; more than 500pcs, negotiable. Custom goods lead time depends on the quantities, processing technology... More details please contact us!
