2. Sobre el tiempo de entrega :
a. Los envíos de baterías a la UE, EE. UU. y Canadá incluyen el despacho de aduanas y los impuestos. El envío por mar demora entre 45 y 55 días hábiles; el envío por aire demora entre 25 y 30 días hábiles. La información de envío se actualizará una vez que el paquete complete el despacho de aduanas y sea recogido por el servicio de mensajería local.
b. Para clientes en Ucrania , podemos enviar desde China hasta su domicilio. El envío por mar demora entre 55 y 60 días hábiles; el envío por aire demora entre 25 y 35 días hábiles. No se realizan envíos a zonas remotas; por favor, contacte con el servicio de atención al cliente.
c. Para clientes de Rusia y Bielorrusia , el envío solo se realiza por mar o tren, y suele tardar entre 30 y 45 días laborables. d. El envío a países asiáticos suele tardar entre 20 y 30 días laborables. Los detalles del envío suelen actualizarse tras la llegada al correo local.
3. Asegúrese de que la información del destinatario sea correcta. Una vez que las baterías lleguen a la estación de transporte local, nos pondremos en contacto con usted para coordinar el envío. Si su número de teléfono no es correcto o no pudimos contactarle por mensaje, la entrega no se pudo realizar. No aceptaremos ninguna disputa.

2).Are the batteries come with busbars+bolts?
The price come with Bus bars and Bolts，One Battery will come with one set bus bar and bolt（e.g.,If buy 4pcs battery,we will send
4pcs cells with 4pcs busbars and 8pcs bolts）If need more please contact us online.
3).Can you test each battery PRIOR to shipping?
We will test all the battery Voltage and Internal resistance before shipping.
4.)What kind of the package of the cells?
Pack with strong package, each cell into thickness PE foam or bag, then into 5 layers strong carton.
5).How can I place the order?
Usually we accept alibaba trade assurance order online. For the RTS(ready for ship) product if there is clear shipping cost or
free shipping to your country you can place order and pay directly after reading for all the details,or you can provide your
shipping informtion to our sales they will creat online order for you.
6).How can I do if I need more help for the order?
You can chat our sales online or send inquiry email,we will respond you ASAP.
DIY battery pack must get the cells balanced (same voltage ) before assembly. Later if there happens don't know how to assembled
or wrong assembly is not accepted refund. Professionals will detected voltage/resistance/appearance and other issues before every
shipment, we can only ensure that the single battery is good, when arrival you can test the cells within 15 days, after that means
batteries have no problem, does not provide return nor refund. If you found problems you can contact us for return or refund.
Battery can only be unused (the electrode intact, no welding, no wear, the appearance good) to provide return. Any return behavior
buyers need to be responsible for shipping fee.
1).Warranty period:5 years(from the date of successful delivery),if the single battery capacity less than 80% initial
capacity,take the test pictures or video to us,we will replace it or give satisfied solution.
2).If any miss or damaged for the shipping. Please contact us firstly, then send us the picture or video to check. In case of loss
of cargo or the battery is damaged and can not be used or there is a greater risk of use, we will communicate with buyer if resend
it or replace it or refund the product cost.If buyer send back the cells to seller,buyer should pay for the shipping cost.
3).These situations not provide return nor refund
1. After the assembly or assembly process happen any problem, such as the protection board connected to the wrong wire burned lead
to battery damage, charger failure, the assembly error or unbalanced assembly, etc.
2. For damage caused , such as battery bulge/welded, battery pack without protection BMS caused by charging.
